I already have a small family of Baton Rouge ukuleles, so I am a converted fan ! This most recent purchase did not disappoint and has maintained the high bar that I have come to expect from this brand. When I bought my first BR uke, I was advised that its build, performance and playability was on a par with instruments at double or more the price tags of the BR range, and I totally agree - you get a big bang for your bucks with Baton Rouge. With its bowed backside belly, it is distinctive to look at and delivers on sound every time. Thoroughly recommended. On the guitalele model, my only reservation is in the width of the neck which is a bit if a squeeze,( I have large fingers !) but am sure I will get used to it soon.
