Not so good for a Revstar with tremolo

I have a Yamaha Revstar with a Bigsby Tremolo and I hoped that these strings would sound good and also would stay in tune. After having used the strings every day several hours in one week I found that the tuning stability not was good. Furthermore I found the unwounded strings very stiff and the G string was much louder around the 10th fret than the other strings. I could not correct this problem with EQ or with positioning the pickup different for this string. So I will change them for others strings.

Probably best strings for me

I been playing these strings for around 2-3 months and it's been amazing, the string feels smooth so sliding to a note is very easy and considering that I play almost every single day for hours and they still feels and sound good, I recommend these to anyone who wants a long lasting, good sounding set of strings (who thinks that they are worth it).

Strings for harsh environment

These strings can live ½ year though the rough heat, dust, salt and occasionally wet climate in south-west Crete. They are easy to change and get in tune, stays well, take bends and sounds very close to non-coated strings. Actually I like the smoothness of the coating. Highly recommendable.
