Great pick!
I love a small sharp pick but I had problems relaxing my picking arm out of fear of dropping the pick.
Dava picks are easy to hold on to even with a light grip and give great control.
If you sweat a lot the rubber might wear out but it has never been a problem for me.
The Nylon are slightly less stiff as the Gels (the orange ones)

Jazz plecs with the added benifit of adjustable thickness
I tried these along with the Dava Control plecs, which are a larger, thinner variant of this. Personally I prefer these plecs, as they're lot firmer and allow for better lead playing. The adjustable thickness is not near as noticeable with these plecs though, when compared to the Control plecs. This means that they are not as good for strumming chords unless you are learning to control your strumming techniques. Still they make great plecs for lead playing, as they are very similar to Dunlop Jazz plecs. One defect I encountered is the black part dislocating itself from the plec, but this is mainly aesthetic and doesn't change the plec's playing ability.

Grip Really Works
Best jazz picks on the market with the added benefit of having a grip on them. That was my only issue with other conventional picks.

Very good picks
A versatile pick that allow you to change from a funky 16th not rhythm, to a blistering lead easily by the minute movement of your thumb.

I like these, nice feel
I am kinda 'between' picks/plectrums at the mo and have been trying lots. I used to use only Dunlop .60 Nylons but moved to smaller ones and all kinds. These were one of the better ones, nice grip and fairly hard tips. Still trying others but these I will get again.

Just brilliant
Been using these since around 2016 and keep coming back to them… fantastic grip, don’t need a bevel and you can shred very easily with them.. love the grip and the slight flex in them. Pity they don’t last too long…Also really dig the gel variant too. Totally recommended!

Very Nice picks
Very nice picks, the grip does what it should and the nylon or whatever it is provide a great picking tip. Unfortunately they are not for me, not because they arnt very good picks but because they have a degree of flex that doesnt suit my picking style, if these were as stiff as a 1+mm pick I would be all over them. If you dont like your picks completely rigid want that precision and pointyness of a jazz pick, these are for the win, and worth trying out anyway.
