Dunlop Plektren Tortex Wedge 1,14(12)

The only difference between the Riffle (same gauge) , is that this ones last a bit less and sounds a bit brighter. Still a must have in my pick arsenal!

These are great picks. They sound great, are easy to use and last a long time.

The grip maybe slighty better on the gator grip version of the same pick, but not massively so. The additional texture on the gator grips can also change the tone very slightly, which is o.k for chord work, but not so great for intricate passages where note seperation is required.

These are the best compromise of all of the dunlop 1.14mm picks.

Great picks for the price.

I compared these picks with a regular 1.14 mm dunlop tortex pick, and I found the main difference is that these picks feel tougher than the classic tortex picks. They are the same size and shape. They are strong and do not bend easily, and feel durable after an hour or two playing. I recommend these if you like heavy picks.

I dont get it, they feel wider at the top and while I prefer jazz iii picks for shredding, if I speed bevel these, they are sooooooo quick... they don't last too long but hell at that price, it's a no brainer. Dunlop still the king of picks imo, and I've tried tons of boutique brands..
