Benchmark
Finding the right PU for your P-bass can be a long and interesting journey. It can also be frustrating and expensive. I think the 63 is a very solid benchmark if you are looking for a genuine vintage sounding P-bass tone. Bear in mind, it will not do the very aggressive scooped mids rock sound of a Quarter Pounder, at least not without a pedal in front, but it will do everything else. Plays well, cuts well. Highly recommended.
