Gotoh GB640 4L CB Bass Tuners

I owned and regularly played a Harley Benton PB-20 SBK Standard Series for almost 5 years now. Recenttly one of the tuners was losing tension, the string was not staying in tune and after some troubleshooting I decided it was time for an upgrade. I purchased and installed the Gotoh GB640 4L CB Bass Tuners (I also have tone knobs and a bridge in the same colour). The tuners are light, they look and feel great. This part is NOT a drop-in replacement for my model of HB bass. Be ready to drill new screw holes. Personally, I enjoy this kind of activity.I am also very excited about the oversize aesthetics. Check the dimensions before you buy. Measure twice and save yourself the hustle of a return. My only concern is with the quality of the screws that are included, even with pilot holes and a light touch I almost stripped the head out of half of them.
