Do what they are intended to and look good
They have a very thick padding, thicker than older ones i had (maybe these are newer version?). Works as intended, and very professional looking and well made. Maybe for the headstock you can put a clean sock, but this is built for it and will ultimately work and look better. The wood finishes look great, adds some flair to your headstock. 5/5

I bought it to eliminate my guitar overtones when playing plugged in to an amp/fx unit/DAW. The best thing is that it comes in a 3 pack so I don't have to swap it on different guitars.

I primarily use these to mute my acoustic instruments when hanging on the wall above my couch.

Ok product not worth the price
Ok product not worth the price. Better to buy some foam and stick it in the headstock.
