I ordered the guitar on September 6th and received it in Sardinia on September 11th in perfect condition in its original Guild case. The guitar has a warm and enveloping sound with excellent bass and plays sweet in the higher frequencies. The keyboard is well adjusted, comfortable to play. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Just got a Guild D-20 VSB USA, packaging 100%, factory setup perfect, beautiful finish. This is by far the best acoustic I have ever played. Great clarity from the notes, a very dynamic Guitar. 3 stars for features but I knew that when I bought it, no pickups or cutaway. I am only interested in the playability & sound which is 100% I am extremely happy with this
