Harley Benton BLOCK-600

I got myself a Block600. So far it's a decent amp. I run it trough 2 Eden D112xst OR 2 eden EX112.
It's an amp that gets the job done with no bells and whistles. Plenty of power, adequate EQ (although I run it flat). The compressor is a nice addition at low settings (about 9 'o clock). The fan makes no unbearable noise. For the money it's a fine amp. Are there better amps .... YES sure. But for the cost it's great for rehearsal rooms or backline rental.
On my amp the speakons are a bit wobbly and sometimes they make bad contact. On the other hand it can also be used with normal jacks and that works ok with no dropouts.

I bought this amp purely out of curiosity, and I was pleasantly surprised. I paired it with a 4x10V HB cabinet and it sounds incredibly good. Ich habe mir den Block 600 bei Thomann bestellt und dachte mir, wer nicht wagt, der nicht gewinnt.
Mittlerweile bin absolut vom Topteil überzeugt.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier einfach top, im Bezug auf Ausstattung, Klang, Felxibilität und Features in dieser Preisklasse.
Er hat neben einem Compressor, einem DI-Out auch noch einen zusätzliche FX-Send und Return.
Ursprünglich dachte ich an einen soliden Zweit-Amp, aber das Gerät ist definitiv mehr als nur ein Backup-Amp! Ich überlege ernsthaft, mir sogar noch einen zweiten als eigentliches Backup zu kaufen. Ich spiele den Amp mit einem Fender P-Bass über ein Fullstack aus einer 1x15" Box und einer 2x10" Box. Der Sound setzt sich im Bandgefüge richtig gut durch. Dank der 4-Band-Klangregelung/EQ lässt sich der Amp extrem flexibel einstellen – man findet superschnell den passenden Sound für diverse Klangcharakteristiken. Was die Features und den EQ angeht, steht der Block 600 dem wesentlich teuerem (z.B.) Warwick Gnome in nichts nach.
Der einzige "-"-Punkt für mich persönlich ist, dass es keine direkte Möglichkeit gibt, das Topteil mit entsprechenden Interfaces/Mounts ggf. als zusätzlichen Schutz in ein z.B. 19" Rack zu verbauen, ( wie z.B. beim GrandMeister Deluxe40 oder Black Spirit 200 von Hughes&Kettner. Da gibt es z.B. extra 19"- Rackschienen für den Einbau in ein Rack).
Aber ich kann insgesamt sagen, was Harley Benton hier wieder an Bass-amps abgeliefert hat, ist in dieser Preisklasse mehr als hinreichend gut für mich. Für mich also rundum toller Amp, den ich jederzeit wieder kaufen würde.

Tête d'ampli largement adapté à la scène et répétition à fort volume. Pour un large panel de bassiste ; la qualité de fabrication est bonne (ça semble vraiment costaud), le son propre et neutre et la puissance suffisante. le ventilateur est inaudible, il faut vraiment coller ses oreilles sur la tête d'ampli.

Petit bémol, un léger bruit à l'extinction, rien de grave.
Super matériel, à voir sur le long terme.
