If you need a set of these and you don't buy it.
I bought them to replace the ones on a asian made locking nut ( from a Maison ) and they fit perfectly.
Of course, not all Floyd Rose Systems are made equal...
Good grip and a beautiful black, flawless finish. And, of course, the price...
You won't go nuts by buying them, but you'll be happy with it.
I bought these FR style Locking Nut Caps/Blocks Set from Thomann in Germany, because I value their good quality, excellent prices and speedy deliveries in safety.
I have an EVH-Wolfgang electric guitar and it uses a Floyd-Rose locking tremolo system , which also needs to use special nut clamping screws and "chiclet-type" nut blocks on the neck, to lock the strings down.
Some times it is difficult to find these parts in music stores in my country, but Harley Benton guitar parts can also fit on most FR style locking-tremolo systems too. I bought a few of these and they fit perfectly. They are very well made and of solid materials.
Now I can play my guitar without ever being out of tune.
Thank you Harley-Benton and Thomann !
I bought a Ibanez rg465 wich was missing the locking nut cap's. This guitar is fitted with a Ibanez Edge type floyd rose. Since I definately wanted to be able to use the tremolo was in desperate need of replacement parts.
I checked Ibanez at first because I wasnt too sure if these fitted anything else than actual foyds of licensed floyds, but I found that the Ibanez ones were rather expensive and the shipping was expensive also.
Luckily Thomann has a nice stock of replacement units for a even better price. I was very happy to find out they fitted exactely right.
The black finish is also pretty good. No tuning instability whatsoever.
So im happily divebombing ever after!
