So after changing strings and noodling around for a couple of hours, I've come to the conclusion that it's a keeper. Tuners, alright, Neck and fretboard, good playability and decent quality for a metal guitar. I went for a bolt on jeck because my set necks and neck thru's give me the collywobbles lest they fall. The feel is fine. The pickups are okay. A bit one dimensional but then again I'm not playing jazz or country on it. Fittings are fine and tone and volume knob are responsive with a good taper from top yo bottom. She came well set up which is nice with almost no relief which is where I go to anyway. She's also very pretty. Spec-wise, for the money, Harley Benton are eating the other brands alive and Fender/Jackson are not competing well with the bang for buck. The quality of this guitar isnt quite up to the level of offerings from HB or other new brands, for the same price or less. But, the JS32, bolt on KingV is nice as she is, does a good job and pickups snd tuners can be swapped out if you feel the inclination. Reasonably pleased with this purchase.
