The Katana Mini Boost is a small form factor version of the
Katana Clean Boost pedal, as the mini only has one knob additional control of the sound can be set using two internal switches, but to change the settings you must unscrew the bottom of the pedal to change the settings.
The mini is really solid, the internals look clean and well constructed. The housing has an excellent finish and the knob has a good quality feel.
The button for activating the boost has a well-defined "click" so you can easy feel when you activate and deactivate the boost.
The mini format makes the pedal easy to fit onto almost any pedal board.
I would have been nice if the power connector was places on the end of the pedal instead of by the output connector.
I would definitely recommend the pedal for any one looking for a high quality booster in a small form factor, it has already gotten a permanent place on my pedal board.
