Strong, large enough for the stand, but the Velcro fastening not strong enough to keep the stand in the bag if it is turned upside down - which can happen if you put it over your shoulder and it slips round (as can happen when your hands are full with instruments, amps etc.,) I'll change the Velcro for cord / eyelet - then it will be fine.

This is a small bag and really sturdy
prob more sturdy than needed for its size but Id rather have this than something that falls apart.
It has a Velcro opening and has never opened on me.

The bag came together with the chrome music stand that I bought. After few years of using, velco is not sticking very well. Also the carrying strip hook often turn to another angle and hence not holding the bag in the upright direction over the shoulder. Not so comfortable in carrying over the shoulder.
