Large and Stable, Various Cable Thicknesses Possible
I am quite happy with this product, it is more stable than I anticipated and I was able to fit all of my patch cables onto it without any problems. In fact, I bought a second one for some other cables I have.

This will fit and hold any standard studio cable, yes - even XLR and the number of cable slots makes it super convenient to do a mix of patch cables and audio cables together.
