KRK Kreate 3

Bought these mainly for listening to tech/jazz/death metal in a lossless format, and they're great. I have discovered new sides of already beloved songs. I can hear every detail, every cymbal, every brush, every cowbell, how stretched the snare drum is for a particular song, etc. The bass is quite punchy, and the sound is juicy with the right mix. They're great also from 4m away and at 80% volume, though they punch through the sound insulation of an old house. Not great for MP3, as one might expect. Combined with an AirPlay receiver (mikebrady/shairport-sync) and Spotifyd installed on a Linux server, it turned into a pretty decent wireless listening setup.
