The legend is back
This pedal needs do introduction. The bluesbreaker is simply legendary and Marshall did a great job with this reissue.
For those who spent over 500$ for a vintage bluesbreaker you have my condolences, for those who didn't and bought this instead, you've got yourself a legendary near-bulletproof pedal that would probably outlive you.

It's good if you're seeking for Continuum tone
This thing is fantastic, if you are a John Mayer fan get this thing, you're able to reach the Continuum tone at a relatively low price while stagging Tube Screamers. However, the downside is that you have to turn all the knobs over at 3 o'clock if you need to get a “right” sound...

Great transparent OD
As a John Mayer fan I felt that I just had to have a bluesbreaker. This pedal is the best first stage overdrive I've used and it works in so many different rigs. It sounds warm, sweet and expressive.
The only problem I had with it was 3 months after I bought it, a wire between two parts of the pcb broke and the pedal stopped working. After finding the issue I managed to fix it with some basic soldering. Not sure if the fault was mine or the pedal was susceptable to damage from the begining but I'm glad it's fixed now.
Overall, great, simple overdrive pedal. You really can't go wrong with this one.

Don't hunt for vintage. This one is perfect.
I was intrigued by the idea of getting a vintage BluesBreaker or a fancy boutique clone. I tried some of the latter, and when I got this reissue, I finally understood what they were trying to accomplish. You can get the lightest breakup up to a serious warm overdrive. If you stack it with a TS or Klon you get the classic John Mayer tones and even create a more drastic breakup. I love it!

A tank full of tones!
Gorgeous tone from this well built bit of history. I love the break up sound and I really appreciate the responsiveness as you roll off the volume on the guitar.

Crunch de luxe
I’ve owned a ShredMaster since ‘95 and as soon as I heard about the reissue models I ordered a replacement one for gigging. Along it, I also ordered the BluesBreaker. The sound is simply amazing. I have it dialed in for a slight crunch. Oh man .. it’s so sweet. It got a permanent place on my noard now. Good job, Marshall!

Attractive pedal
I love this pedal when it sound unexpected overdrive in general clean tone.
Sometimes I forget I turn on the overdrive, but there is something compare to clean tone.
Maybe now I understood what saturation is.
