Don't forget to order Rack Nuts and Bolts
Seems fine for my need, Use and the Price, but don't be stupid like me and forget to order rack nuts and bolt... Something like Adam Hall 5651 Rack Nut Pack and Adam Hall 5410BLK Rack Screw Pack (You need two packages of each) and maybe some washers...

The material is thin, good or bad? idk...
