Excellent paired with the VNL Cartridge
​Unlike traditional stamped aluminum or heavy metal headshells, the SH-2 is constructed from a glass fiber-reinforced co-polymer blend. This material makes it highly rigid yet lightweight (weighing just 9.3 grams without screws). The choice of compound is specifically meant to absorb and minimize external micro-vibrations, preventing them from transferring back up the tonearm or bleeding into the cartridge signal. Great for every day use, designed for an S shape tone arm, and it gives excellent play back a great bit of kit. I used it on my home deck to see how it preformed and now I am buying another for my mixing decks. It is excellent.
