Does what is it supposed to do with no play or flimsiness whatsoever. The force needed to toggle the switch is a little bit on the heavy side compared to, for instance, an equivalent Switchcaft toggle, but depending on your preferences, that might actually be a good thing.

Makes a nice and affirmative sounding click when you throw the switch (nice!). I've had it installed in a guitar for a while now, and so far there has been zero issues or looseness developing.
