Jeg har spillet med dette sæt strenge de sidste 3-4 år og har fået utallige komplimenter for min lyd. Det tror jeg disse strenge har haft en stor indflydelse på!
Strengene har en varm, mørk tone med super meget volume og punch.
Medium er en del hårdere end weich og får mere fylde og dybde, efter min mening.
Helt genial pizz streng for folk som spiller jazz og mere moderne musik, med kontrabas.
Holder stemning godt og falder hurtigt til ro, efter påsætning.
Lyder også utrolig godt med arco, men kan blive lidt mørk nogle gange, så nok ikke den mest optimale solobas streng på markedet, men fungerer rigtig godt i kammermusiksammenhænge og tango.

Lækker klar tone, uden at blive for lys i klangen.
Det er ikke tarm - har også prøvet med Oliv på g- og d-streng, og det er en lækker kombination. Men jeg blev træt af at stemme.

Top quality bass strings

As you would expect from Pirastro and at this price these are top quality bass strings. They are made with synthetic core and metal winding and if you like the slightly softer feel of a synthetic cored string these are a great option. They have a full round sound and feel nice under the fingers as they are thicker than all metal strings.
They are well made, well finished and long lasting. I have a set on one bass that must now be five or more years old and they still play and sound great.
They come in normal or 'soft' tension. I have used both sets and they do have slight differences in feel and tone but I have been equally happy with both.
They are great as a general purpose string for covering a range of styles. Obviously, strings are very much a matter of personal taste/what suits a particular instrument/playing style etc. so there are no hard and fast rules... Definitely worth a try and, for what it's worth, my personal favourite!
