My previous endpin was rattling in sympathy with some notes. I switched to this one, made of plastic and carbon fiber - and a few metal parts, and I am very pleased with it: no noise, easy to adjust, and a - not anticipated but very much appreciable - lighter weight.
There are three different references for similar gear and choosing the right one it not strait-forward, depending on the cone diameter.
Another point of improvement would be the rubber tip: it's made of cheap black rubber that smears black marks on some floor surface: a better - non marking - elastomer (silicon) would be better. And there is no replacement part for this rubber tip which chips easily and shows significant wear after only a couple of month. Let's hope they take some action after this review ... we'll see if I get any answer.
