If you are a fan of old school bass sound ala Aguilar you will not be disappointed when you buy this preamp. It sounds clear, fits well in the mix if you use the DI. And eq works and colors your sound nicely. The volume button can boost the level and has a high output. Be aware FOH sound engineer! Nice detail with tuner out and amp out. The pedal can be power supplied from 3 sources!! Either from a standard 9 volt plug, 48V phantom from stagebox or FOH - or from a 9 volt battery (easy changed by the way).
