Mic sizes
Tapered inner diameter, from 22 to 23.8 mm, pretty stiff.
Microphones which are thicker at the narrow end than the Shure models, like Sennheiser e965 and Audio-Technica AE6100 which measures Ø 25 mm around the XLR connector, will not fit comfortably into this Shure A25D.
Some excess plastic edges from the moulding are still present. Not all corners are well rounded.
It works fine for the Shure mics.

Very durable and easy to use. The only right clamp for Shure mics. Other brands tend not to fit quite as good as Shure.
