After a week of use, my overall impression is pretty good.

Firstly, the quality is pretty decent, but it is a £1000 guitar. However, I feel that the neck is slightly misaligned as the strings gradually move further towards the top of the fretboard the further up you go. The neck pocket is very tight so I doubt that I will be able to resolve this. Also, the fret ends would benefit from a bit more angle - my finger is getting a bit sore rubbing across them even though they are well finished.

The playability, comfort, action are all good and predict that this will be my "go-to" guitar. The pickups provide a nice spectrum of sounds. I haven't yet replaced the strings so can't comment on ease. There doesn't appear to be any quick mechanism on the tuners so it could be a bit painful.

If you aren't put off by the shape or the pretty poor colour options, you may be wondering about the "EndurNeck." For me, it felt instantly comfortable and actually improves my thumb position. It's a bit chunky though so may not suit everyone, especially if you already have good technique (hand/thumb position).

If you spend a lot of time in front of a computer, on an office chair, this shape and weight works better than any other guitar that I have tried - a strap helps of course.

Perhaps intentionally, this entry level model is available in very limited, unappealing colour choices. Personally, I feal that matt finish aren't ideal for "hands-on" products, as greasy mitts quickly create a horrible mix of matt and shiny parts. I believe that Galactic Blu is exclusive to Thomann and, for me, was the best of a bad bunch (as I have too many black guitars). I guess that the unusual colour is OK and goes with the unusual shape. It's a shame that the pickups are shiny black plastic, when everything else is matt?

Despite a few minor gripes, I am enjoying the guitar so far and don't regret my purchase at all.
