Not a traditional compressor but amazing.
Easu , plug and play and great sounds. However, i dont use it to actually compress the sound but to even out the tone of all the strings which is what it's best for . A slapper might need a more traditional add on compressor to engage the slap/pick / squashing. Totally worth it. If cycling through the toneprints was possible live this would be just perfect.

Simple but not
This pedal is extremely simple on the outside.
One knob.
But inside it is very complex.
Multiband compressor and tons of parameters and algorithms going on.
If you have the time, pro skills and willingness to setup/adjust your own compressor settings, you can so in the toneprint editor.
I'm not a fan of this pedal and the hassle of messing with the editor, and I prefer having at least 2-3 physical knobs available at all times when dealing with a compressor.
But it's unique, have some uses and I welcome TC Electronics bold visions (they want to be, and sometimes are like Apple).
This one is just not one of their best.
But maybe you will like it.

Fed compressor til den uerfarne
Tcs Spectra comp lyder skønt og gør nøjagtigt som de selv siger i diverse videoer på youtube. En fantastisk pedal, både med mulighed for en mere idiotsikker betjening med en knap og en voldsom avanceret mulighed med deres toneprint editor, som lige tager lidt tid at lære og kende, grundet de mange parmetre, men ellers virker den del af produktet også super godt. Det eneste jeg mangler for at den er perfekt, er muligheden for at kunne redigere i de toneprints som allerede er lavet (fx Ida Nielsens) og tilpasse dem til en selv, i stedet for at skulle bygge en op fra bunden.

Storartet og simpel comp.
Rigtig god kompressor. Jeg er ikke specielt glad for effekter men denne har ændret min lyd på en positiv måde.
