Jeg har ikke sammenlignet den 1:1 med en dyrere båndmikrofon, men synes den har en fin varm lyd. Et godt supplement til hjemmestudiet, hvis man allerede har et par kondensator og dynamiske mikrofoner.

Having only used condenser and dynamic mics before buying this, i was really just trying to get a different flavour of mic for cheap. And this is a different flavour for sure. Pretty dark and rolled off top sound, which suits some instruments very nicely. Probably wouldn't use it for vocals, but for a different flavour mic for percussion for instance, this is very nice. Especially considering the price ;)

Plus it comes in a nice package including wooden box and shock mount. All in i all I'm happy with this product.

I've mainly used this for guitar cabs and as a mono room mic for drum recordings. It's slightly dark sounding, but still has enough top end to represent everything you throw at it clearly.

Pair this with a germanium fethead and you're in for a real treat with sounds you would believe you can achieve at this price point.
