Does what it does
A singing bowl, and that's what it do. Sings. The mallet is fine, the sound is long (a minute or more) and rather loud for a bowl this size. Chose this over smaller bowls with a higher pitch. I use it for workshops at work and it is excellent. The pillow and bag is somewhat cheap, but who cares, that is not the product.
