Pros
Bought this bridge as I had installed a Bigsby on my Baritone Guitar and was having issues with tuning stability (even with locking tuners installed). Turned out to be very beneficial. The B-E-A-D (E-A-D-G on standard tuning guitars) have not gone out of tune since I put it on about a month ago. The rollers move but there is a little push/slide as well.
Cons:
The F#-B (B-E on standard tuning guitars) strings don't really roll but this is because there is not much grip on these strings the rollers can catch on to and do go out of tune but not as much as they did with a standard tune-o-matic bridge. The rollers can be taken out and lubricated to address this but do this carefully as they are quite small and can easily be lost if dropped on the floor. The link to the below video is a great 'how to' guide for doing this.
Would definitely recommend this bridge for your tremolo bar guitars.
Lubricating the rollers (especially on the higher strings) is also recommended and if you are looking to put this on a baritone guitar I would also file the spacing where the bass strings sit on the roller as they don't fully fit in but they will still be fine otherwise.
