At last a compressor I like!
I’ve tried a few compressors but always end up selling them as I just can’t stand the way they squash the dynamics.
This 1176 is more of a limiter, which sounds great and feels fantastic under the fingers.
It does add extra brightness! This is a positive as that’s what you need in the mix. Works great with other overdrives and delays. I play Tele and Strat.
Btw, this 1176 pedal can be used as an overdrive. It gives such a unique kind of distorted sound.

Sublim Compressor
1176 er uden tvivl, den bedste compressor jeg har prøvet. Jeg har altid sværget til min gamle røde MXR Dyna Comp, men denne kan meget mere på den rigtige måde, og så er den alsidig, intuitiv og nem at betjene. Man kan faktisk ikke gøre noget forkert med den, kort sagt den lyder bare godt.
