Great mouthpiece for higher range production and accuracy
Not so open and free for lower register stuff though but that's part of the eternal compromise. The shallower cup does give an edge and slightly shallower character to your tone but if your instrument can tame this with warmer sounds then this is great for principal trombone playing, certainly in Brass Bands.
