I ordered the pedal on Sunday and had it in my hands by Tuesday – great service from Thomann. The Triptychon from Crazy Tube Circuits is a multi‑functional fuzz, octave, and treble booster that genuinely surprised me with how versatile and well‑voiced it is.

🎛 What it delivers
Crazy Tube Circuits managed to replicate several legendary circuits with impressive accuracy:

Fuzz Face

Vox Tone Bender Mk1.5****/****Mk2

A rich, musical treble booster

A wild and expressive octave fuzz

On top of that, you get buffer options, separate volume controls for fuzz and drive, and two footswitches that let you engage fuzz, drive, and octave combinations on the fly. I also picked up the external foot controller, and I absolutely recommend it if you want to unlock the pedal’s full potential.

🎸 Playing experience
I own several boutique pedals, and the Triptychon immediately proved it belongs in that league. It delivers exactly what I’ve been looking for – and honestly, more. Straight out of the box, it’s incredibly intuitive thanks to its smart layout and thoughtful design. The build quality is excellent, the price is fair for what it offers, and the sonic range is huge.

TLDR:
Die Fuzz/Overdrive combo ist genial, wahnsinnig vielseitig und ich behaupte man kann dieses Pedal an JEDEN Amp mit JEDEM Pickup anpassen dank der tweak Optionen.
Geht von Jimi Hendrix classic sounds bis hin zu Rabea Massads Wall of Sound. Für Fuzz Fans ein absolutes Muss!
Der OD an sich klingt auch sehr sehr Gut und gehört meiner Meinung nach zu den Top ODs die ich persöhnlich je gespielt hab.

Das einzige was womit ich selber nichts anfangen kann ist der Boost Curcuit ... dieser ist wirklich extrem und mit meinen Gitarren die alle recht hell klingen unbrauchbar.
Der Octaver ist cool, ersetzt aber meiner Meinung nach kein gutes Octaver Pedal.

Leider brauche ich auch Wohl die extension da man ohne den OD und Fuzz nicht seperat ansteuern kann und für mich der Boost eh unbrauchbar ist.
Da hätte ich mir gewünscht dass das Schalt Layout anders wäre aber es ist was es ist.

Der Sound überwiegt für mich die negativen Aspekte bei weitem und ich finde den Preis absolut Gerechtfertigt.
