Great sound, feel and long lasting.
Replaced the Fender NPS 7250Ms that originally came on my Deluxe Precision Bass Special P/J with the Pure Blues and was instantly blown away by the incredible tone. Particularly for P-tone this string is about as perfect as you'll get imho, but also can bang as a slapper towards the bridge p/u in active mode. Give 'em a try...you won't be disappointed.

Keeps my sound in check
I´m not a big DR fan, but the new Quantum nickels strings makes a difference for me, it keeps my sound in check.
The Bottom is solid and the top is clear with a little bit of warm to it.
The high end isn´t bright enough for slap after my opinion.
Be aware to change them in time, otherwise they will suddenly be totaly dead = you can´t get any usefull tones from them.
