Electro Harmonix Freeze Sound Retainer

I wanted this because I heard how well Bill Frisell used it. It is very musical once you get the hang of it. You want to engage just before your note peaks, I mean 1/1000 th of a second or so ... before. I use it to build a minimal organ-like groove under chords and notes. With tremolo and reverb, the Freeze becames a minimalist instrument under your guitar ... The “less is more” interface is a good thing. Any more features would get in my way, I think.
