My first order from Thomann has resulted in me not daring to buy more from there. There is a significant defect in the product. A lot of noise. I want to have it repaired here in my country because I risk having to pay customs again if I send the product back the way Thomann wants. They are not willing to accommodate me or even consider my desire. I paid about $ 100 in customs on the shipment. But two customs bills, I approach the price of what the product cost to buy at Thomann. You should test the expensive products you ship out of the country before shipping them with respect for your customers.
