The pickups sounds awesome, and the two voices are super useful.
I have absolutely nothing to complain about sound wise!

they are also fairly easy to install.

However, the pot shafts are somewhat bigger than most knobs fit (they are larger than 6 mm in diameter), so basically I have now gone through all the knobs I had ordered for my custom build as well as all the knobs i had lying around and still My telecaster is "knobless".

Frustrating.

Also one of the control plate screws were brittle and broke off the head when it was almost in resulting in a screw that couldn't be extracted without removing the surrounding wood. Probably just mine this happened to, but annoying none the less.

Finally the neck pickup wire is very short. as in, it can only just reach the solderpoints and you have no room for error at all. An inch or two more of the wire would have been perfect.

The set is otherwise awesome and well made.

Would absolutely recommend for sound.

Sound is superb. The kit is mostly well put together, but despite the product pages everywhere showing it with knobs, none are supplied. You'll need 6.3mm shaft knobs and a switch cap. Soldering in the wires is bizarre. The labelled parts of the board are on the underside where you'd think the wires go, but the orientation of the entire switch console and it's recess for wiring means you need to solder them in reverse with little to no clearance between the plastic and the PCB. The neck pickup wire could do with being 5cm longer.

The real killer here is the finish on the bridge pickup, whatever it is, it's extremely fragile. The first came in the unopened box, and when taking it out I noticed the pickup looked like it had chickenpox, little spotches of the finish missing everywhere. I emailed Fishman who confirmed it shoudn't look like that. Thomann took over a month (A month!) to replace it, and the second is just as bad as the first.

Overall a well thought out kit, but that bridge finish is such a disappointment that I can't recommend this to anyone. And Thomann really need to step up their shipping and RMA times. Very poor performance.

So I think so far, this one Tele of mine which I love has had around 5 sets of different pickups in. Ive lived with each one for a year or so. The last set, a Chopper Bridge and SD SH55 neck humbucker lasted two years...sounded great, but as normal I found I was missing that real TELE sound. However...I like to have options...a bit more umph at times...and of course noise free if possible
I decided to give this set a go despite the expense.
wow....just WOW !... now I have the best of both worlds and no hum at all.
They dropped in to the guitar with no issues. Soldering was fiddly but doable. I had to swap the pickguard back from a humbucker one obviously.
Dont hesitate....just buy this. Now i cant put the guitar down....I just play and marvel at what it can do...clean crunch or full on distortion.
