Gotoh SD90-SL MG Locking 3L/3R N

These tuners look nice and vintage but add the security of modern locking tuners. The locking mechanism is quite simple and consists of the top part of the tuning shaft being able to unscrew over a central shaft within the tuner. They are built similar to old style tuners and may in comparison to more modern tuners like Grover seem a little flimsy but they have not broken om me yet. But please do double check the size of the hole they need to be installed in if they are bought as replacements. In my guitar the previous tuners used a larger diameter hole and since the stud you insert on the top does not screw in to the tuner it self but rather use friction on the wood of the guitar to stay in place they needed to be modified to fit my Epiphone G400
