Frets were very scratchy unplayable IMO they level frets somewhat from factory but failed to sand scratchs out i had to steel wool and polish with dremal now the stainless is much more Glass like and playable. and the pickup selector was bent which is happening to alot of ppl so sounds like a harley benton packaging prob to me.
