Harley Benton G112Plus Unloaded

A sturdy little cabinet for a price that makes it a bargain.
Unlike the 212 Plus Vertical, this cabinet has propper bushings for mounting the backloaded speaker, take note that the frontgrill is removable, that makes it easy for close up microphone placement.
Overall assembly looks pretty good, the front baffle is attached/stabilized by the frame in the front.
The tolex isn’t the best, but ok for the price, didn’t find any air pockets like on the other cab either, so job well done.
Besides using better tolex or even better, a paint like DuraTex, there are two things that can be improved.
1. The jack connector, I wish SwitchCraft was the minimum standard.
2. The terminals/connectors that are attached to the speakers.
Check how easy it is to take the ones Orange uses of the speaker.
All it takes is pinching the little thing at the end, having to use a tool is pita, especially when there isn’t a lot of additional lenght on the wiring.

Deffo recomending this cab, it’s a steal.
