Harley Benton HBJ-26

To be honest, this is NOT a "beginner" Banjo. It's an amazing piece of kit. Although it is a 6-string instrument, it sounds exactly like a "proper" banjo. The build quality is shockingly good. I was worried it would be too cheap, but that's really not the case. If I am forced to mention one thing, the string action was a bit too high for my taste, but adjusting the truss-rod fixed that easily.

I can highly recommend this instrument.
