I've owned this guitar for a little over 6 months now, I just noodle at home, but I've had several pro guitars, so I can tell a good guitar from a bad one, and this isn't one of the bad ones, despite it's faults.
Pro's:
Great value despite ending up with the few faults it had.
American Ash body and Canadian Maple neck.
No neck dive.
Pro's/cons: (Personal opinion stuff)
It's quite heavy (it's not Swamp Ash). (I got used to it)
Neck is what I would call a bit chunky C. (I like it)
14'' fretboard radius. (It's ok, would prefer 10 or 12'' on a ''classic'' guitar though)
Cons:
Microphonic Bridge PU
No shielding (I hear my PC's fan through my bridge PU when I turn the guitar towards it, and static when aimed at the screen, don't know if this is because of the microphonic PU.
The nut isn't cut very well, but it works.
String bushings fall out.
Tuners.
Screws to mount the bridge on the body and neck to the body was not straight in.
The holes in which the mounting screws on the bridge goes into was really crude.
Bit rough frets (obviously, but easily fixed, don't think mine needs leveling though, as it plays fine all over the board.)
