- Playing surface is made from limba
- 2 Sets of 8 (16 altogether) hand-wound snare strings in a V-shape follow in the style of José "Pepote" Hernández Diaz and are characterised by their sensitive snare response even with the quietest of playing styles
- Tension of the snare strings can be adjusted using the included Allen key
- Rounded corners and recesses for the thumb enable excellent playability
- Forward-facing sound hole
