Beautiful sounding

This synth is just perfect for me. I loved the sound of the Moog Matriarch & Grandmother that i owned, therefore a polysynth from Moog was the perfect fit for me. The stock patches is not my cup of tea, but i like that you can overwrite them and also save patches in folders on your pc, when you run the synth in desk mode. I can exceed the limited presets by saving them to folders and then importing the ones i would like to play. There is a lot of bad workflow on this synth tho, and unfortunately it feels a bit rushed with the user interface, like naming patches, loading sequences etc. Overall it is my favorite synth in my collection, it is in a very high build quality and just looks awesome!

Absolutely Sick

So happy I ordered this from the first batch, I have lots of other synths but the Muse has a special sound and vibe and using it is super intuitive and luxurious. Great sound and a very interesting modern take on the classic Moog sound. If you re contemplating this, I think you won't regret it. Build quality is great also in case you were unsure.

Great sound and excellent user experience

I bought this synth hoping to get a sound and UX at par with my sub 37 and I was not disappointed. This synth delivers the typical Moog sound and it goes well beyond that. Its modulation capabilities are excellent and provide a great deal of depth and joy when designing sounds. Every feature is easily accessible and easy to use. There is almost no menu diving as every menu is accessible though a single button press and there are no sub menus. It's clear that the team at Moog spent a lot of thought on this and the results pay off.

Not too bad

Its made in Taiwan and therefore its not the moog company of old. Once we get past that and we can rejoice in the fact that the moog brand still exists. To my mind, I think the product could be better. It feels like the release has been rushed by the new owners. Hopefully firmware releases will improve a few niggly things. It is one of the brightest, most responsive synths I own and I like that. I dont hsve s problem with the build quality unlike dome people. To my mind its better than the all plastic case of the matriarch which has never sat flat on my desktop and its certainly no worse than arturia, or sequential synths I own. Some of the factory installed presets are a bit naff. Major gripe for me in the lack of memory. 256 slots is pathetic.
