For sports as well!

While this may be geared towards the wind instrument players, I was looking for something to improve my breathing capacity while doing sport (CrossFit, running, etc.) I am quite happy with the results so far and found myself not gasping for air so quickly when doing workouts. For lung endurance (musically or sports), I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Pas mal, mais je pense qu'il y a mieux

J'ai acheté ce produit pour améliorer ma capacité pulmonaire.
L'exercice que l'on fait avec est convenable et efficace.
En revanche, vous n'aurez de la résistance qu'à l'inspiration.

Il existe des outils similaires qui permettent de faire la même chose, mais avec la possibilité de travailler l'expiration.
Le fait que l'on ait plus d'options pour moins cher n'est pas négligeable.

Ce n'est pas un mauvais produit, il fait parfaitement ce qu'on lui demande, mais ne vous limitez pas à un produit de ce style.
