Rockbag Cover for Vox AC30 2x12"

I got this cover for my VOX AC30CCX2 from 2005, and I must say that I was not completely happy when I got it out of the wrapping. First of all there was the chemical smell. I don't think I have ever willingly brought anything into my home that smelled this bad before. The stench was so foul that it gave me a headache, and it would definitely have triggered a fatal allergic reaction for Paul Pfeiffer from the TV series The Wonder Years. The smell stayed with the cover for more then 1? month. Looking back I should probably have tried to wash it or air it out outside.

Then there is the fit. It covers the amp fine, but only the center handle on the amp fits though the slot in the cover. The two handles at the ends does not. I can see from reviews that I doesn't fit older versions either.

Then there's the color. What about making it a color the does not show dust as easy as black. A dark gray world have been much better.

And last there is the print on the cover. Since it is made specificity for VOX AC30 amps, It would have been nice if it had said: VOX AC30 Cover by Warwick or AC30 Amp Cover by Warwick or maybe only the small Warwick logo. The big ?ROCKBAG? does not look nice.

Pros: Keeps dust away from your amp. Price is okay.

Cons: Black is probably the worst color when it comes to seeing dust. Plastic smells awful. Handle slots does not line up with amp handles. Print looks stupid.
