I went from the more expensive speedcobra to this more affordable one and didn't feel any big difference. in fact the beater sounds better on the bassdrum than the old expensive one.
gennerally the speedcobras are nice and responsive. there's no fighting the pedal. it follows the foot nicely and the longer pedalboard is nice for sliding doublestrokes.
