I bought this guitar because I wanted a somewhat small guitar that I could easily bring with me on long trips. I read a lot of reviews online about how it sounded huge and had great bassresponse despite being quite small. I was a bit skeptical about these reviews though as the guitar IS much smaller than your regular acoustic. But I ended up ordering it anyway.
I was stunned, however, when I finally received the guitar. The sound was... Huge. It was everything I could have hoped for in a small guitar. The bass response was very deep and somewhat warm. I say "somewhat" because it hasn't got the same depth and characteristics as a regular size acoustic would have. But for the size of this thing, what you get is remarkable and it is hard to believe the sound is coming from a guitar this size.
The highs and are crisp, not to edgy and the mids are nice and smooth. With a pickup, this guitar would easily fit in at a band session.
I ended up returning the guitar though. Not because I was unhappy with the guitar at all.
I thought I needed a smaller guitar because it would be easier to travel with but I found it just as easy/troublesome as a normal size guitar. Saving my money to buy a Martin or Gibson.
But if you need a small guitar with a killer sound this is a great guitar?
