the box pro DSP 112

I bought 2 of these. the parcel shows, items has been transported more than once. one of the speakers were not mounted inside corrrectly. one sound was almost all distortion in sound. Both show damages on outside cabinet form use ore dismount. Both had wrong mounted screws in front panel. when i buy a product I want to believe i get a functional and most important a good without damage. This was clearly not the case here.
