I've had probably 6+ stands here in my professional studio and this one was not the most expensive one but I would say performed the best. Yes, speaker stands effect the performance of the speaker and the differences can be quite drastic.

One thing I wish it had was spikes on the bottom but that is more of a feature request.

The only negative thing I could come up with is the smell of the used materials, very chemical but I suppose after a month or so this would be gone.

Either way, I can definitely recommend this over many other "big name" brands. Actually a solid Thomann house brand product!
