What can I say. It is pretty easy to carry. However it has no real padding. If all you need it for is carrying your instrument in public, then it is fine. But you will need to be careful with it, since there will not be much protection if you hit it on something. Personally I would suggest buying something better, especially if you are using it to carry a more valuable instrument. If you are new to playing guitar, and you just need it for transportation to lessons or school, then it does what it needs to.
