Vandoren V16 Tenor Sax Metal T6-L

I really like it!
I can feel the vintage sound of it and the way it plays is fantastic. It is free blowing and it has a nice projection for the vintage classic sound of jazz in the style of Lester Young, Dexter Gordon or Coleman Hawkins. You can really feel the 40' in your sound.
A great mouthpiece that reminds me of that jazz from back in the day!
A very good mouthpiece for jazz standards and jazz tunes from 1940 - 1960 era.

Good response when played (even if a little less true for me in the low register). This finish of the mouthpiece is great. My 3 on 5 stars are based on 3 points : 1- even if it is indicated, Vandoren could furnish a ligature. 2- It was a little tight to plug on my Tenor's neck. 3- More personally, I was looking for a different sound and sensations
